Shizenden Ryu is a set of effective and efficient
Martial Art movements and exercises deeply rooted in the ancient ninjutsu schools of Japan. Developed by
Shihan John Willson, this martial art can be used for self defence and also help combat modern forms
of stress due to improper body posture, structuring and balancing,
stress on joints, ligaments, tendons and connective tissue. Students
will learn how to move with natural body movement and will later
correct their postures and movement naturally.
Shizenden Ryu promotes the following:

Den Ryu exercises various muscle groups on joints in isolation. It is a
set of very thorough and specific exercises for strengthening and
healing pains in the neck, shoulder, back, buttocks, legs, joints and
healing and toning up the internal organs. -Movements are corrected to provide the best range of motion for maximum benefit. -Also been found to be a great stress buster in workplaces. This would apply to sports related stress as well. -Unique
in that within the various postures, a deeper stretch is formed by
combining an isolation of the targeted areas with breathing and a
stretching of the torso.
